Motivation won’t be an issue for TCU entering the 2025 campaign.
The Horned Frogs finished the 2024 season with a respectable 33-21 overall record and appeared poised to make yet another NCAA postseason appearance. However, the selection committee did not see TCU’s case that way and left them out of the field of 64 on Selection Monday.
Leaving TCU off the field wasn’t the snub of all snubs, but it was slightly surprising given the overall record, the respectable Big 12 league record and an RPI of 42.
