Immediately following the 2024 season, the Jacksonville Dolphins lost 12 players in 14 days to the transfer portal.
“This summer was about survival,” Dolphins coach Chris Hayes said. “But once we got over the shock, we found kids who wanted to be a part of our program.”

Among the players transferred was first baseman/second baseman Justin Nadeau, who hit .395 with a 1.003 OPS in 30 games last season, including 29 starts. He is now with the Florida Gators.
